Our talented residents from Ray McCormack and Esme Hilton houses within Yallambee Village have been busy creating and crafting together over the past few weeks. With a lot of love, creativity and teamwork, they have transformed the wall behind Esme Hilton’s ground floor activity area into a stunning display of crepe paper flowers.
Judith, Beatric, Kathleen and Joan took on the challenge of crafting the crepe flowers in various sizes, bringing their passion and patience while they learnt new intricate skills. The project took weeks to complete, with residents even dedicating their own time to make the flowers.
Esme Hilton residents now can’t stop admiring their new wall art and the positive feedback has been flowing in. The burst of colour and creativity has inspired everyone, with residents feeling more motivated than ever to use their imaginations and get involved in future craft activities.
In fact, our Ray McCormack residents also loved the final product so much that they have requested their own masterpiece for their activity area. We can’t wait to see what they create.
