In February 2024, we employed three new RN graduates to come onboard at BCAC to work in aged care, as part of our continued partnership with ACCPA (Aged and Community Care Provider Association). They are Jyoti, Rispa and Rajesh. They came from different countries, each with different life experiences prior their decision of choosing nursing as their future career.
The 3 new graduates have spent an enormous amount of time learning aged care quality standards and floor work, buddying with experienced RNs to gain practical skills.
Every week, as part of their ongoing professional development, they spend a few hours to attend their new graduation training program hosted by ACCPA.
We are excited to have Jyoti, Rispa and Rajesh join our team and contribute to the exceptional care we provide to our residents and clients.
