Ana joins our team with more than 12 years of dedicated scheduling experience within the aged care sector. Her background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique needs of both clients and Carers, and she brings a calm, organised, and people‑focused approach to every day.
What Ana loves most about her work is the genuine connection she builds with the individuals she supports. Strengthening relationships with our Carers and clients is what makes her role truly meaningful, and she takes great pride in helping ensure everyone feels valued, supported, and heard.
Outside the office, Ana says, “I’m a big NRL fan and a proud New Zealand Warriors supporter. I make it to almost every game… well, at least the ones played here in Australia!”
