Applicants are eligible to enter Bankstown City Aged Care providing they have an aged care assessment.
To arrange for an assessment, contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422. Alternatively you can speak with your GP to talk about changes to your health and your GP can also submit a referral to My Aged Care.
My Aged Care will organise for a member of the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to come out to your home and assess you for services that best meet your needs.
You will be given Referral codes after the assessment is completed. Please contact us with these codes and we will be able to proceed with your application.
