Trevor, an 86-year-old gentlemen lives in the community of BCAC’s Donington Garden. Trevor’s journey with our in-home support team is one that proves to others how integrated care can make a difference for people as their needs change.
As his health needs evolved, Trevor found the need to rely on the support provided by our In-Home Support team. Since January 2022, the dedicated team at BCAC’s have been by his side, organising medical appointments, providing clinical care, and offering support.
“Coping with unexpected changes in my health condition was not easy for me, however, I feel supported after being guided to utilise a home care package with the BCAC In-Home Support Services team,” said Trevor.

After a renewed purpose for life and positive outlook, Trevor looks to the future and wants to travel to New Zealand with his wife.
